I lost my mom in 2016 and my dad 2018. The staff were very respectful to the family and our needs. They offered a payment plan for my dad's cremation costs which really relieved a lot of stress! Even tho my parents did not want to have a service they were both laid out for their children and family to say goodbye. They did this for no extra costs and it helped greatly with getting some kind of closure. I was able you say goodbye to my parents one last time.

My Uncle passed this summer and the viewing & service was here. I would never go here for another relatives funeral. The chairs and furniture were disgusting, stained and uncomfortable. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere, no water for the guests and the tissues looked brown almost as if someone had done a fake tan and then touched all the tissues. Also, we ate the candies and they were stale. Then when it was time for the speeches, the sound system was squeaking and crackling. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one was for having air conditioning.

My husband passed away suddenly on April 5 20. I was having a very hard time dealing with the whole situation. He was sick but by the time he got to the hospital it was too late. His organs shut down and he died from bacteria blood infection. Jessica and the other staff got him fixed up and let me say goodbye to him alone which helped me alot.thankyou for your compassion and support.
