I have just returned home after the tragic and sudden loss of my dear cousin, Pattie. Death is such a traumatic time and when it's all over and you look back, it's time to thank the people who made a difference with their help and kindness. Frank Ferrara did that for our family. His kindness and generosity in our time of need will not soon be forgotten. I guess there are always things you could find to complain about-like I wish there was more soap in the bathroom or the water cooler was perpetually full-you know, the silly stuff. But the real review comes from the things that matter- the guidance we needed to navigate through this tragedy, the fact that he returned phone calls quickly and offered a helping hand, the kindness, the willingness to work with us financially...it all mattered so very much. We are so grateful to Conte Funeral Home- but especially to Mr. Frank Ferrara.
