A young lady named HELEN appears to manage this funeral is heartless and a very disrespectful person. This business is NOT for her. Speaking aggressive and sarcastic while the family members are in morning is unacceptable. One Star is for the cleanliness of the building.

Helen was very rude and had an attitude when dealing with my Spanish speaking mother in law. She not only got annoyed by the frequent questions she had asked for clarity, but also gave us the incorrect amount. When we arrived at the cemetery, we were told that this funeral home had undercharged us and there was a balance due. They would not proceed with the service until this was paid, and they showed us proof of their communication with Helen regarding the price. They failed to inform us. To deal with this matter when trying to bury my father in law was rude and distasteful and this funeral home is the one responsible for this matter. Terrible service.

No stars should be given for the service of this chapel, It started off with them rejecting the flowers the evening before the funeral, which caused the flowers the be late the day of the funeral, secondly, the unprofessionalism of the workers there were displeasing to me and my family, my Sister deserved more respect in her home going, they never completely dressed her, they left off her earrings , her neck scarf that would have covered some imperfections, and her lapel flowers, the wake had been started at least an hour before I came to complain about theses things, no sorrys or regrets from, my nephew paid for services that were never delivered, they charged &1200 to rent a casket that looked like a plain wooden box, this place is a total rip off.
