Grateful for how they have reached out to me when my dad passed. Honestly it meant a lot to me only cause no one else has reached out and I needed to know someone else was actually concern about me even thou they don’t know me it was the genuine effort hat made a difference.

If I could give less than 1 star, that would given. This place is a scam. Owner is a scammer and takes advantage of innocent, grieving families and people with disabilities and/or low income. please please please whatever you do, don’t trust your family last remains at this place. Also, if the owner tries to tell you that you have to pay your balance in full before they release the cremains of your loved one, please don’t listen and take legal action. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW to hold the cremains of your loved ones as ransom for payment. Er yourself a lawyer and call the CT Funeral Director Associations and place a complaint against this organization! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR lOVED ONES Remains here!
