Compassion is a common word used to refer to them, and it’s well justified. Elizabeth was kind, supportive, and answered our questions politely. They deal with people grieving, and do so in a manner that that shows their act of service as a value above all else. We felt that they very much desire to serve and help during the worst of times. For that I’m grateful they helped us so much.

They failed to correct the Social Security Number, Failed to get important docx signed and disturbingly enough did NOT respect our wishes for our beloved Father. They didnt seperate ashes or give the lock if hair requested. When asked, they turned red face and said " ill give you a call" and NEVER did. I was so heartbroken at how my father was treated. It is life altering, really.
