The caring shown by the staff during my Sister in laws recent memorial and burial was wonderful. Very attentive to every aspect making sure that every aspect went smoothly.

When my family went to pick up my grandfather's ashes his name was incorrectly labeled. It wasn't clear if they were in fact my grandfather's remains. They made phone calls in front of my family and opened the box in front of everyone. After verifying that the number matched the number on the tag that was attached to my grandfather they scratched out the tag and wrote the correct name in sharpie. Given the sensitivity of the situation it was very unsatisfactory service and the way the mistake was handled was very upsetting under the circumstances.

10/10 would do business here again.... Thank you Coleman Mortuary staff for being kind and compassionate towards my family during a difficult time.
