Ashley, the man that helped my family through the loss of my precious mom is so professional, kind, patient, and thorough. I thank God for the beautiful service they provided for us, from the bottom of my heart.

Words can't express the gratitude our family had for the staff at Coleman Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS. They were the most loving, caring, and compassionate individuals that guided us through every step of the process. Diane, our director, played a crucial role through this difficult time and made us feel more like family instead of clients. Diane along with Taylor bent over backwards to accommodate our every need and wish in order to honor our loved one who had passed. The facility itself was fantastic. It felt like we were in a resort lodge instead of the traditional funeral home setting. Many of the guest who showed up commented on what a beautiful, comfortable environment it was. Diane was with us from the first time we stepped in the door until our loved one was laid at her final resting place. What an incredible experience we had with the staff at Coleman Funeral Home during one of the most sad times of our lives. The folks at Coleman are a credit to their craft.

I cannot begin to express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for the staff of Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch. The words "above and beyond" don't even come close to the amount of love and support we received while going through the burial process. Never once were we pressured to buy anything excessive or extravagant, and any time we had a question or concern they worked with us to make things just right. This facility is also beautiful, it looks more like an upscale lodge than your standard funeral home. I also want to specifically mention Diane and Taylor, if it wasn't for them the services wouldn't have been nearly as wonderful as they were for our family and friends.
