Staff here has taken care of my family in both 2019 and 2023 and they went above and beyond for us. Even through change of management and staff, they took care of every need we had, while treating us with the utmost respect. We felt as if we were taken care of just like you would expect them to care for their own family! I will always recommend Coffee County Funeral Chapel! I could never thank them enough!

Coffee County Funeral Home has gone seriously downhill in the past year and a half. My mothers funeral at the end of 2019 was handled professionally and with compassion when we dealt with Katelyn. My experience just now with my father’s service and interment was a COMPLETELY different experience. Jaclyn was superficially nice- but inappropriate at time. Wanted to hand me the bag of my father’s belongings immediately following the graveside service while I was speaking with friends!!! I said I would pick up later. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEN THOUGH because later I discovered that his wedding ring wasn’t there! She CLAIMS she couldn’t remove due to swelling. I was with him when he passed and his hands weren’t swollen. We had a closed casket so I can’t be sure!!!! Also said she had it set up for interment flag and VFW or veterans group arranged the be there- then called me 2 hours prior and said they couldn’t come. I called local VFW and in 10 minutes they had it arranged. I do not believe she called anyone!!! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!!

These people will treat you like they know you already. They exceeded my expectations in the handling of the sevice.Jacqueline Womack will readily answer any questions you have and do all she can to fulfill your requests. Professional while making you feel comfortable in a very difficult time. Thanks guys.
