From the very first contact, they were professional, compassionate, and understanding. The funeral home itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which helped create a sense of peace during a very emotional time. Ms. Heyward helped us plan a beautiful and meaningful service that truly reflected our loved one's life. Cobbs funeral home was not only professional, they had a very warm, caring, inviting and peaceful environment. Services started on time, the body of the deceased looked natural and the service beautiful, unlike funeral homes I’ve been to in the past that feel more impersonal, creepy and cold. Recently used the Services of Cobbs Funeral Chapel in East Elmhurst, NY, to handle my Dads Celebration of Life. Was overwhelmed by the professionalism of the Staff and care given to My Loved one who looked AMAZING. Our family was well taken care of from beginning to end. Considering the circumstances, they made a difficult time comforting and a lot less stressful. With all the restriction due to C.O.V.I.D. , and the limitations on the attendance, we were still able to stream to those who wanted to but could not attend. It was an Outstanding Service and I am Grateful to the Cobb’s Staff.
