Words cannot truly express how amazing and supportive my experience was with April from Coats Funeral Home. During this incredibly emotionally and mentally challenging time, April went above and beyond to care for my departed husband. Our daughter passed away in NC and we were 900+ miles away. We had no idea where to begin and ultimately selected Coats Funeral Home to assist us with the process. April was the most compassionate and caring person, making absolute sure that we understood the cremation process and we were pleased in every way. Her passion to make sure of that was clear.
