My family has held four funeral services here in the last four years and we cannot express appropriately how grateful we are to the staff and the new owner for their compassion and professionalism. So many Funeral Home’s are so cutthroat and have absolutely no empathy. But Clovis Funeral Chapel was the most empathic, kind, loving, courteous and with hearts of gold. I chose this funeral home not because I knew anybody there, but because our native community has used them many times for services. Ms. Loretta is one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met She is a kind loving grandma. Concerned with whether I had enough money for my mother services. The funeral Director, Mr. Jacob is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. All the little things that people don’t notice I saw the little gestures that shows how much he cares the kindness, the touching lil things he did to take care of my family and most of all my mama. He’s just a big, gentle Teddy Bear. And don’t let me forget Mr. Jacob thank you for your service to this country and to our Indigenous Community. I will use Clovis Funeral Chapel for any future needs. I will always highly recommend them. They are human with the biggest hearts I’ve ever known. I know now why are Native American community turns to them in their hour of need. So respectful for our traditions. I cannot thank this Funeral Home enough for the hard work and the gentleness in which they handle business.
