Excellent customer service--overall great experience. We worked with Eric after a family member passed away recently, and he was kind, genuine, and friendly. We felt he not only respected us, but also the memory of our loved one and was thorough and patient but not pushy. Mr. Clark arranged for our brother ' s ashes to be shipped from Clearwater, Florida to Clark's Funeral home here in Kannapolis. There interaction between the two funeral directors could not have been better. Everything was perfect and could not have asked for anything better. This was several years ago and people are still talking about what a wonderful job Mr. Clark and staff did.
