Clarity Funeral was so easy to work with from getting all the information including price online to setting everything up from my home. Bailey was kind and kept us in the loop for everything. I didn't realize until we got my brother's ashes back and were combining them with his wife's that over a decade ago my brother had used this some Crematorium. The staff at Clarity, specifically Bailey Marquez, were those people for us. My family and I were in LA from out of town and were initially directed to what was described to us as one of the big three funeral homes in LA. It didn’t take long before they let us down. They dropped the ball and left us hanging, when that was the last thing we needed. The Funeral Director left town without telling us and neglected to complete some needed tasks.
