Very unprofessional. My family arrived on time to discuss funeral arrangements only to be told that it would be a few minutes so they could go to the bank, and hour and half after their appointment time is when they finally discussed options. At the graveside some of the staff were eating by the hearse and laughing and joking around. This was in plain view of all the family members and guests during the graveside service. They also began taking up chairs before the clergy finished speaking. Would not recommend. There are better, more professional alternatives.

Completely unprofessional Ridiculous how communication is delivered. I would not recommend this funeral home for a dying dog. Two separate professionalism and business is not a requirement for this particular funeral home. I speak these words as a warning.. The hardest times are not preparing but taking care of business after the burial has been done. If my grandmother or Uncle's were alive today they would agree. Unprofessional

Great place. They did a great job when my father: Fredrick "Bear" Robinson. They went through a lot of process. And help my family alot. They picked up the family on time and my dad's funeral was done professional and good.
