Our Grandmother of 91 years passed away in February. We wanted to give our appreciation out to Madison who handled everything professionally and courteously and even arranged the coordination of the death certificate and legal requirements for shipping her remains internationally. We found it refreshing to work with the young energetic staff under Preston's management. In a difficult time things were made as stress free as possible. My mother really appreciated the professionalism and youthful energy of Preston and Madison in an emotional time.

I attended a funeral for a good friend in August at this facility. The sound quality in the main hall was abysmal and the sound in the overflow room was truly atrocious. I was at about row 15 in the main hall and I could not understand hardly anything that was being said. Based on the reactions from the first 6 to 10 rows, most of them could hear. But after that, silence. The people I spoke to after the service confirmed that they could not understand the words being spoken. I was angry and frustrated at not being able to hear anything at my friend's funeral. I am sure this facility charges a mint for its use and I think it is criminal that they have such a terrible sound system. How could they not know this? They have been in business for decades! I would not recommend anyone who expects more than 40 people at their service to use this vendor. Who cares if the place has Tiffany stained glass and a Manet on the wall if you cannot hear the service? A rip off!

They refused to let us move our mom to different funeral home with paying $620 even tho we didn’t want to go throw them in the first place, and then required the money before we could move her to the place we asked for originally.
