Every interaction I had with Ms. Whitney at the Baton Rouge office was handled with great respect, delicate care, kind compassion, and as though I was her only focus; even though I'm sure she had many others to service. Even a brief interaction with the St. Amant office proved to me that these positive qualities are company-wide. Additionally, their services are extremely affordable, which is greatly appreciated. I can't recommend their services enough during such a difficult time as the loss of a precious loved one!

Aside from the unfortunate need to utilize their business, Church Funeral Services has been incredibly kind and considerate throughout the whole process. I'm a very simple person who, through a dark time and. living out of state, requested straight forward answers on their procedures. I was more than well informed on their packages and prices and always kept up to date on every step. Ms. Whitney in particular was an absolute gem and angel who expressed sympathy without pity in her tone and I'm extremely grateful to everyone here who helped me, hassle free, in my time of mourning. My wife and I can’t express enough on how wonderful CFSC has done for my mother. They took care of everything and all I had to do was sign papers. I was gifted something so precious and unexpected from them from her cremation. I am very grateful that they will handle our family’s last wishes so that no one has to worry about it. It’s hard losing a parent, especially on Dec. 23rd, that close to Christmas but I was glad to have this company step up for me.
