Their staff went above and beyond to make the process easier, handling every detail with sensitivity and respect. I entrusted the Chatman-Harris team recently for my Aunt's services. My family was pleased with the communication, attention to detail and professionalism from our first call to the day of her memorial. The Harford facility is superb. If you are unfortunate to have to make arrangements for a loved one, I'd highly recommend using their services.

My family had a terrible experience with this funeral home. They were very unprofessional. When we went to identify my loved one, they had her body in a hallway. When question they said that they had no other space. It was very traumatizing to see our loved one just wheeled to a dingy looking hallway for the last time. The staff could have prepared us ahead of time. I feel like all they’re interested in is money. It was not the warm, inviting caring environment that you hope to receive When you are experiencing the loss of a loved one. They don’t return phone calls either. In addition they don’t have a problem, taking your money but If you are owed money back, you can forget about it. These people lie and duck phone calls when you call inquiring about the money that you are owed. They continue to say that they mailed a check but they haven’t. It has been almost a month Since they said they mailed the check. It’s been two months or longer since we had them perform a service. This is unacceptable. They did not owe us a large sum of money, but it’s the principal. If we were short money, they would not have performed the services but yet they have a problem returning money. I will never deal with this company again and I would strongly encourage you not to have this company perform any services for your loved one you will not be happy at all. You have been warned!
