The service that was provided to us doing our emotional time was amazing. The Charlow staff handled my mother n love service with compassion and grace. The director Mr Johnson and Mr Reggie went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. My children were impressed when they sad their final goodbye to their grandmother. She did not look like what cancer took her through when she was sick. On behalf of the entire Wiggins family thank you thank you. This funeral home staff is very professional and provides excellent service.

Spoke with the funeral director regarding a burial of a child from years ago. Instead of allowing me to speak and advise I was looking for an obituary or anything that she could provide.. she continued to speak over me and disconnected the call twice. She was the rudest, nastiest, most unprofessional indivual with no compassion whatsoever! This may be her profession but these are our loved ones, whether services were provided yesterday or years prior. Absolutely appalled!
