Steven was extremely helpful and compassionate right from the start. Steven made the process of burying our loved one on the east coast when we live on the west coast as seamless as possible. Steven was available for every question, day or night regardless of time difference. We have so much compassion and gratitude for the support he provided us. Steven was extremely easy to work with. He was compassionate, kind, patient and understanding through a very difficult time. He not only took the time to explain everything to me in detail, but he was available 24/7 for anything that I needed or had questions on. And they were plenty of those. He graciously gave me his personal cell phone to reach out in case I had any questions. He could not have made this process any easier from the beginning to the end and I highly recommend him for his services. Additionally, his pricing was excellent and very fair and was much less than many of his competitors.

I had two parents that were not doing well and passed away 11 days apart. Prior to each one passing I went on the website and I put all the information in so it will be ready for Steve. From the moment that my mom passed away, Steve answered the phone immediately had my mom picked up fairly quickly, and he was on top of everything. He took care of the transferring of the body, cremation, death certificates and everything else. He was a huge asset. Then 11 days later, my dad passed away and his situation was a little different because he was buried. But once again Steve took care of everything and I didn’t have to do a thing and he is very professional, and I highly recommend him, especially if you never had to bury a family member. It took so much stress off me being that I was the only sibling and I had to take care of everything.
