Tabitha was wonderful to work with - so patient and comforting during the worst time in our lives. She's knowledgeable about the industry, transparent on the value of pricing, and a great communicator. As a whole, their organization is wonderful - always going the extra step to support our needs. The grounds are beautiful as a natural preserve - there are always people there celebrating their loved ones, and even when there was a landscaping mistake that accidentally broke something we had at the grave site, management righted that wrong. We have quite a few family members there and I'd recommend Chapel of the Chimes for anyone in need of burial, cremation, or internment services.

We delivered flowers on behalf of 6 Star Florist and Gifts Corina in Hayward, Bay Area. The staff here is always helpful and willing to walk you to the right place, to ensure your flowers are delivered to the right room. I do not remember the lady name from the office but last time she stopped whatever she was doing and come with me outside to guide me . I was impressed with her customer service and the warm service. Even we are florists, sometimes we are in trouble to find the right place when people order very last minute. In such stress, we are very grateful to meet good people whose service help us and also the families there whose pain of loosing their dear fam member is incredible huge. I felt i am part of their team because of their help and attention to each detail. Great experience always. Update: Another beautiful experience here at Chapel of Chimes, today.I delivered a large , heavy cross and the staff was very helpful and come out at my car to help me get the piece inside. Chapel of the Chimes is an amazing Funeral Home. My sister had just passed away, I was lost, confused and honestly just in shock. I've been here twice prior for other friend's services and I remember how beautiful it was, so we decided to use their services for my sisters funeral. We pretty much worked with Kim Elliott exclusively and she was very empathetic, knowledgeable, meticulous and prompt with her communication. She went out of her way to make sure every little request or concern was taken care of. The staff whether it was the receptionist, other directors, prep team, and the people who helped during the actual service itself were top tier when it came to making my family feel comfortable and ensuring everything was taken care of.
