Very disappointed. We have owned the lots for 30 years but recently we needed to bury my mother. We provided 3 weeks before service and asked that a huge very dead tree over the grave be removed so as not to be the centerpiece of an already sad day. They made an excuse as to why they couldn’t get to it. They also set up the rugs and plywood to stand right on top of my father’s grave, so none of our family could pay respects to him while there. Easily could have setup those rugs on the other side. Left the John Deere next to the grave and then decided to start it and drive it away while the priest was saying the prayer. Had the backhoe parked on the narrow road right where everyone needed to park to visit the grave. And on top of that you pay a premium. I sent this feedback to the director and received zero response, therefore I will share it all here

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. No one likes to plan a funeral service. Everything we requested they did and helped set up pictures. Highly recommend. Lindsey and Sheila and Dan were the best.
