Today we buried my 7 week old grandson. It's been the most difficult time for my daughter and I and our whole family. Kaitlin, Dave and Ron were kind, compassionate and answered all questions with care. So thank you everyone at Chandler, you brought us all comfort.

We lost both of our parents within 12 days of each other recently. I could not imagine the 100s of little details that Ron took care of so professionally, promptly and peacefully. There was so much sadness in our lives, it was wonderful to have a supportive funeral home that we trusted and respected. I have to admit that I was pretty scared about many things when my parents died, being left to make decisions and choices without a plan. Ron and his coworkers made two cremations, two services and two burials (even in another state) flawlessly, with every detail carried out so carefully and respectfully. I cannot imagine a better service provider.

I pre-planned my Momma’s funeral with Chandlers FH 2 years prior. When they received the call about my Momma, Dave called me to schedule a time. With pre-planning we didn’t have to make 100’s of decisions or spend hours trying to guess what Momma would want. It was all decided 2 years ago. We went through all her details and signed off. Within an hour or so we had everything set for the service. Dave called the other 2 businesses we needed to visit that day, to let them know we would be stopping by. We had everything finalized within 3 hours in one day. I didn’t have to make 1 uncomfortable call during the whole process. I would 100% recommend Chandlers FH to anyone who wants/needs to pre-plan the service for themselves or a loved one. Or at a very difficult time needs a company that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very helpful in all aspects of the process. The staff are willing to give you great guidance in the steps that follow. Being rooted in our community for so long, they know the companies you will need to work with and contacts.
