Funeral Director Carolina has to be the less compassionate person I have ever seen. She has NO business working for a funeral home. The pain is real, and we are still mourning, but I needed to try to save at least one family from having their final moments with their loved one ruined by this director and funeral home. Please to ALL families dealing with a loss. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and save your loved ones more heartache that they are already experiencing. There is no compassion in this place. Rude and attitude are one of many negative things, friends and family experience. If you're reading this. My condolences, and please find another location to place your final farewells at. The staff made everything so much easier and less stressful for us. They are very understanding and caring for the families that are grieving they make you feel important and loved. From the start to the end they were very professional. I definitely recommend Castillo Funeral Home.
