The staff at Cason Monk were so kind and accommodating at the death of our mother. There was no detail too small for them. It was a beautiful service and was everything we wanted ss a memorial to her.

They had Mom looking like she did years ago, they did a wonderful makeover with Mom. Mom looked so beautiful that us kids decided to have an open casket visitation that is how good they had mom looking. I will always be grateful for that. Colby Davis met with my sister and I the day Mom died to make the arrangements and David Coleman was there in the meeting as well. Colby and David were in synch with each other and that is hard to find these days. Colby had plans to be out of town so David was Mom's Director and he did a fabulous job. I must mention we had dealt with Colby when Dad died 8 years ago and he remembered us all. I would like to thank David for all he did before, during and after the services. It was Mom's life celebration day and everything went perfectly and ended perfectly when I put the first fist full of dirt on Mom's casket after it had been lowered down to rest by Dad. I do know the concern and help from the staff comes from the heart. That by itself is reason enough for me to recommend the services and aide from Cason Monk-Metcalf. There were no surprises or extra fees out of the blue, everything was up front and clear, most of all they are all good people.

Planning a funeral for a loved one is never easy, but the good people (Dustin, Kelly, and the others) at Cason Monk-Metcalf really went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. They were all very kind, very supportive, and very helpful. The service was beautiful, and I felt like they did a great job honoring my dad’s memory. I really cannot thank them enough.
