The reason of my review is because I have contacted Margarita we have made a contract with them and every time I have text her on her cell, she never replies also I have paid for 5 death certificatse that I have paid and she said she don't have them I am asking for a full refund . I have left a message for Sergio they said he is the administrator of the place I will wait to see if he responds.Really bad service I would not recomend them.

Would 100% recommend I knew nothing about the process I looked into several funeral homes, I can’t tell you how many times they tried to scam me. Casa de Paz was a complete opposite Angel was transparent about everything specially prices. They have the most reasonable pricing. our situation was complex but he was patient and made sure everything was ready in a timely manner. Thank you for all you have done, you have no idea what it means specially during hard times.

My Father passed away recently and my mom was referred over to Casa De Paz, we spoke to Jose who was of tremendous help in our time of mourning. The staff was great and the facility was spotless, the service they provided was great. Never once did they hesitate to ask if we needed anything and Jose followed through very well with us in everything, he was very considerate of our feelings and did not push us on anything we did not need. Dealing with a loss is hard but having someone there to help is always great. Thank you Jose and Staff at Casa De Paz for the beautiful job you did with our beloved Father, Grandfather and Husband Jesus. The Pinon Family
