1.they forgot to see my sisters urn that me and my dad picked out with their staff member. How is that possible? Do they forget the casket for a funeral? 2. After 5 weeks of my sister being cremated, I finally received her ashes (sans urn, thanks Amazon) and the necklaces. 3. The plastic box her ashes were in wasnt sealed, the bag of ashes in the box wasn’t sealed. Ashes were everywhere. I had to scoop ashes out of the box and all. To say the least I wouldn’t trust this place with my worst enemy’s body. The carelessness, the audacity the pure lack of compassion. Yes I did try calling but one number goes to a lady who said she wasn’t in the state so she gave me another number which goes unanswered.

My family has used Carney Funeral Home services for my father, two brothers, and my grandmother. We also had my great-aunt’s service, and two of my Dad’s cousins funerals there. The services were all unique in their own way. We were able to celebrate our loved ones and received utmost care.
