Rusty and his team were beyond professional and pleasant to deal with in such a delicate time. We can't thank them enough for helping us when we lost a dear family member.

I had a horrible experience in dealing with Mike Carnes he was very unsympathetic with the whole family at the Texas City location he also asked what time we wanted the service to start in Texas City then he processed too tell us that we can't have it on Saturday even though when family and friends called the funeral home they were telling them that it would be in Texas City at noon , we were moved to Galveston and told that it would be from 12-1. I emailed Mike my obituary and he added someone else too the obituary. I will NEVER go to any other services that are done with them ! !
