I had a very pleasant experience with this funeral home. They kept on the hospital because it took so long for a doctor to sign off on the death certificate for my grandfather. They handled everything and allowed me to even give them an urn the family picked out. Thank you for all you did.

Maybe I just came at the right times, but they always came through with family members (especially my father in July 2019) they worked with my family and myself and when we weren’t prepared they always found another avenue to make something work out. It always worked out just by the fact of them being patient and understanding. So yes that’s pretty much my experience.

My family and I were very disappointed with Carl Millers services for my brother's funeral arrangements in May 2023. My brother was a veteran. Carl Millers failed to contact the morgue (out of state) promptly to arrange for the transport of the body, from VA to PA. There were oil stains on my brother"s suit (family addressed the issue the day before the public viewing) - Carl Miller told my family that the stains were present when they received the suit.The family dry cleaned and confirmed that the suit was clean and pressed prior to taking it to Carl Millers. June 17th, 2024 the family was advised that my brother did not have a headstone. Family reached out to Pam (Carl Miller manager/directer) several times and she has not returned one phone call. Carl Miller is unprofessional and lazy; they are only concerned about receiving a check. Carl Millers building inside is shabby and it smells like mildew. My family made a poor choice.
