I read the comments after the fact, but one comment with a one (1) star rating stood out. The person mentioned how much the man (Robert?) talked on and on complaining about this and that, and as I read his review it sounded very similar to what I experienced. I sent them my brother's obituary and to this day they have NOT posted it on their website. I emailed it to them right after my brother passed on June 27th, and I also posted his obituary on Facebook. We could not afford to have his obituary in The Blade. I would not use this place again, and the clergy at St. V's needs to stop recommending them. For anyone who reads this, if you're able to...make your arrangements before you pass.

My Husband passed away on September 11th 2022. They reached out to me the very next day. They done a great job at getting everything in order for me because I didn't know where to begin.
