We recently had Cannon-Catavolos Funeral Home in Parma Heights host my mother's funeral services. From start to finish they did an amazing job. We met with the funeral home director, Lindsey, to plan and view their site which was very nice and inviting. While the planning part is sorrowful, she put me at ease to get through it and I felt there was clear plan leaving that intial meeting. She was truly a blessing to work with during this difficult time. Communications throughout the entire process were outstanding. From the moment we arrived the staff was on point, greeting, opening doors, and letting guest know where everything was. I very much appreciated their professionalism when a family issue arose. I can't thank them enough on how that was handled at a very stressful and fragile time. I highly recommend Cannon-Catavolos Funeral Home for anyone who unfortunately has to make these plans. When my father passed away unexpectedly, I was next of kin & had to deal with the arrangements. I honestly do not think anyone could have done a better job than Cannon & Catavolos. In my first initial conversation with Lindsey, I could barely speak. I was crying harder than I ever thought possible. Lindsey walked me through everything. She is such a kind & loving person & that shows through her work. I shared my thoughts on what I'd like for the service, and she delivered. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Lindsey was a true blessing when I needed one the most. I am forever grateful for her & her team.

First off was told I could make a play list of all my Mother's favorite songs and was not able to play ANY of them because their radio/stereo system was outdated. The songs I wished to of played for her from us kids were never played. 2nd...got the name wrong on my Mother's guest book people signed in on. When we left the home, the immediate families cars were NOT put first in the precession And the worst was they got my Mother's name wrong on her Vault that she was buried inside. And we still don't know if it was corrected.
