The caring, compassion and concern they showed me and my children was greatly appreciated. In addition to the care and dignity afforded my parents, Chris Ellis helped me with insurance matters as well as UMWA and Social Security claim forms. When time came to erect the marker the Calfee staff was ready to help in any way possible. This has been the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with---the kind staff at Calfee Funeral Services, especially Chris Ellis and Sheila Shumate, helped shoulder my burden.
