I had a terrible experience with the manager, Lisa. She has been nothing but problematic and unprofessional. The organization at this place is a mess, and my loved one looked unrecognizable. I can’t comprehend what kind of service they’re providing—it certainly doesn’t reflect any standards I would expect. This is dollar tree service. Please do not send your family here; it’s just not worth it.
