I'm posting this review because I was just reminded of how graciously our loved one was treated here. How easy Ray Butterfield was to work with, how he knows what he is doing and after all these years still does it professionally, with respect, care, and consideration for the family. My dad passed over 8 years ago.. but my best friends mom passed recently and they are being completely mistreated during this time of vulnerability, it is just heartless. She said to me, we should have gone to the place where you had your dad's service. I hate that she didn't. Thank you Mr. Butterfield 💙

Ray Butterfield went beyond 5 stars in assisting me in moving my parents remains from Florida to Cranston. I can’t say enough good things about this man and his business. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I recently had to make funeral arrangements for my cousin. I called Butterfield’s and they immediately placed my cousin into their care. I had very special and specific instructions and he followed through on them all. Very personalized service that you just do not get elsewhere. They made an extremely difficult time for me much easier. Thank you to the whole Butterfield’s staff.
