Everyone was so kind. We lost our baby at 16 weeks, and Amy came and picked her up from the hospital in the most beautiful little basket. Everyone was so easy to work with and pleasant. Donna helped us after cremation, and was so incredibly kind and sensitive to our recent loss. They cremated our baby at no cost, which was a tremendous help for our family, as we were not anticipating these expenses. They are very centered on helping people in their loss, not trying to take advantage, like some other bigger businesses. We would highly recommend!
