My mom, aunt, and I worked directly with Sharon to plan the funeral of my grandfather, Bobby. Sharon was not only professional, kind, and welcoming but also gentle. She understood how difficult this experience was/is for families, but her reassurance and dedication to providing a service that would be celebratory was meaningful. Our experience was calming and gave us a sense of peace. Sharon never made us feel pressured to make decisions. She helped us navigate through our hesitancy and potential concerns.
