When my mother passed away unexpectedly three days before Christmas, Christine and Betty were nothing short of amazing. They provided guidance and were understanding of scheduling difficulties in light of the holidays and our family's travel needs. Called to follow up on a situation. It was my first time calling and i was unaware of prior events that had taken place. Christine was very rude to me and had the nerve to tell me that she suggests "that y'all get your acts together". At no point was I rude or unprofessional. If this is how their on call speaks to new callers. I would not recommend anyone to use them. Professionalism and customer service costs nothing especially when it is being given to you.
