I met with John to discuss the arrangements for my mother before her passing. Of all the funeral directors I spoke with he was the most helpful, provided details above and beyond other things to consider, etc. My mother passed before the 'contract' was signed. the team came in and handled the removal with dignity and grace - taking into account our emotional distress, allowing us to be in the room while she was tended to so we could have that precious extra time with her. I would not hesitate to use Buckler-Johnston again. Everyone on staff was professional, responsive and caring. They were there to help us navigate and guide us through. I am very grateful for the support they provided to me and my family during this hard time.

As a seasoned 26 year hospice chaplain and celebrant, this experience with Buckler-Johnston was a fabulous first! Comfortable settee couches and chairs are arranged in many small semi-circles. The unique layout is highly amenable for conversations and a service begins, all who are seated can view the podium. If the room is full, there are a few other equally accommodating rooms with pipe in sound, so no one misses a thing. Michelle was spot-on with personal details for the family, not only comfort and respect, but spirit, having baskets of family favorite candy and chilled water bottles...for everyone!
