Our family has used Brown Mortuary's services for many, many years and our experience has always been top-notch! More recently our dear Aunt passed away and Ralph Rodriguez was AMAZING!! He came to the house immediately and was so compassionate and kind and brought a positive sunny attitude to an otherwise sad morning. He was absolutely tireless in his communication with me regarding the details of the death certificate and then offering to hand-deliver them when they were ready!! Every step of the way we felt supported and valued! Also, a shout-out to Adella whom I met with six months ago to make all the arrangements at their office. She was also so kind, hepful and professional. Highly recommend this long-standing family business in Santa Ana!

Losing a loved on is never easy especially when all the arrangements have yet to be made. Fortunately, cousins were able to direct us to a family mortuary in our time of need. We went in to the office and talked to Ralph and he helped us get all the arrangements situated (for about $3,000 less than most Orange County mortuaries). From the time we decided to utilize Brown Colonial's services to the time of Grandpa's service we had been in contact with the mortuary several times and were very pleased with communication from the start. We received a text message letting us know when they had picked up our grandfather and that they were bringing him to the mortuary. The day of the service we were provided with use of the chapel, a wake area for family to gather, prayer cards, and AV aids (screen and hook up for laptop) for the slide show, as well as access to their wonderful, caring, helpful staff. Amparo and Celeste did a wonderful job making sure we had access to everything we needed the day of the service. They were so kind and compassionate to our entire family and saw us through the entire process. Thank you Ralph, Jaime, Amparo, Celeste and the rest of the team you were all a tremendous help to our family during this difficult time.

So our family has become frequent users of Browns Mortuary this past year unfortunately. The service we have received has been amazing. No request has been to big or to small for them to handle. Browns has made this process for our family as easy as it can be. They have a kind and caring staff.
