Beyond satisfied with the care they took of my grandpa. Meredith is the sweetest person and you can tell she really has compassion. My grandma can’t see very well and she went over paperwork thoroughly with her to make sure she understood every thing. My grandma is also in a wheelchair and instead of having us pick up papers, they were nice enough to bring it by the house. I trust her and Don more than anybody. They made my grandpa look like himself again and better. Highly recommend!!!!

Great people, great service, great attention to detail and the family. Last August, when my mom passed, they guided me from start to finish. They were extremely compassionate with the family’s wishes and needs and just overall, a great job.

I do NOT recommend this funeral home. I would have given it a 1/2 star but it wouldn’t let me. They over charge compared to other in area and when I asked about a difference in the amount they said it was interest ( at 65% ) because o didupay the bill in 30 days. Which they didn’t even until they were about to charge me again. When I asked, the only response I got was “you can read the contract. “ Who in the world reads a contract while grieving? Or while in the middle of signing all this paperwork at the funeral home?? I highly recommend that if you need a funeral home to go to Christian Sells in Rogersville. If you go to Broome, you probably will be as disappointed or upset 😡 as my family and I.
