The funeral director Fran should be ashamed of himself. My daughter’s boyfriend of 20 years passed. Fran was friends with the mother of my daughter’s boyfriend. Because there was tension, in the family and Fran was friends with the mother, he treated my daughter with disrespect. He put her last on the obituary, Never called to tell us when the wake was, we found out through Facebook, wouldn’t allow my daughters flowers on the casket only the mothers, and never called to tell us when the spring burial was. If I hadn’t called my daughter would have missed her boyfriend of 20 years burial. He added so much more pain to the pain of her loss. Very unprofessional.. 🙁

We recently used Brookside Chapel after the death of my mother. The staff were very caring and concerned. The arrangements were handled professionally and with empathy. We were very pleased my mother's appearance and the little extra things they did to make this difficult time easier. We know she would have been proud, and our final memories of her were good ones thanks to the staff at Brookside.

This past weekend we had my 103 year old grandmothers services at Brookside Chapel. They were amazing. Fran and his staff were comforting and caring and Rosemary and Shelly were great at getting everything organized. They made a difficult time bearable.
