Our loved one requested Brooks because the former owner was a family friend. However the bunch that has it now is definitely not up to par. The sent one older man to bring the loved one in the casket into the church, even though they were told that they would need to send multiple people, the family (children and grandchildren) had to carry their loved one into the church. The obituary was incorrect. The video that was shown at the church was not the one on their website or the one they gave the family. They did not establish the church’s choir, so there was no singing. People please think twice before you request Brooks to handle the final presentation for your loved ones.

Doug Brooks and his staff handled arrangements for my beautiful wife Beverly Smith. The viewing, service and graveside farewell were perfect in every sense. Very professional, great empathy and understanding. Our families have used Brooks Funeral Home several times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!
