I must say this with a heavy heart as we had someone pass away recently. I had spoken to Aaron, he was very compassionate, understanding of certain specific circumstances surrounding the death of our loved one. The funeral home was very attentive and caring. They took great care and were extremely professional. We requested scissors from a young lady that worked there (didn't catch her name) and she brought it promptly as my children wanted a few locks of hair. I highly recommend them for their services. The highest compliment I could give is that my Aunt would have been so pleased! Everyone involved was so kind, gentle and caring during the entire process. They truly listened to the little details we wanted to help express our love to our Aunt. They are so professional and kind hearted. Michael did an incredible job. He took care of every detail and picked up the ball when I dropped it. His compassion and professionalism made us extremely comfortable and allowed us to grieve they way we needed.
