When my mother passed, she hadn't set up any end of life arrangements, no burial insurance/arrangements, and no will. Tim at BTN Funeral home was able to calm my anxiety and comfort me during this difficult time. Because I wanted to get my mother's remains back to Canada for burial, Tim made sure I had all the proper paperwork for the process. I had several questions and concerns and Tim was able to answer them and put me at ease. Basically, Tim took care of it all. I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this funeral home for anyone looking for a place that will treat them with compassion, dignity, respect, and care during this difficult time. Plus, they took great care of my mother. Again, I highly recommend their services and my significant other and I plan to follow up with them to get our arrangements made.
