Not great. Unorganized during my mother in laws funeral, as if funerals aren’t awkward enough. The owner’s son needs to learn some tips about professionalism, just because you have insurance policies in hand doesn’t mean you get to be rude and condescending to the customer. Never even offered condolences to my husband and he knew him personally. Abrasive is not how you should be in this industry.

Known Eddie Brazzel for last 48 years several family members was handled with Eddie and Staff ! Had no complaints on both funeral homes.I was Nevada County Deputy Corner under Wayne Johnson and Nevada County Coroner 1993 & 1994 never had a complaint from any families!

I give them 0 star rate to this heartless rats. Not only they deny to give us service just hours before my sister funeral. When we already had a sign contract and money on hand. But the called the other funeral homes in town. And told them to deny service to my family. They are unprofessional, inhumane and heartless. They didn't care they pain we were, in the loss of my sister.
