We buried both my parents this year, over a three month span, and required the services of this funeral home both times. The operators of this establishment were very helpful, supportive, and friendly. We were welcomed to provide personal touches to the services and our children were treated special during our time there, which was appreciated. I haven't had much experience with funerals or the providers of such formal final services, but the people here helped us through the process of both my parents burials with very little headache. I'm grateful for them.

Danny, Debra and Tommy were very professional, kind and caring at the sudden passing of our son. They took care of everything, even making 2 trips to Memphis to pick him up. They patiently helped my wife with his obituary, and preparing keepsake urns for us. Even though they deal with loss every day, they showed compassion and great empathy with us.They handled my Dad’s arrangement as well as my stepmother’s so we knew they were reputable. There was no high pressure sales, they took their time explaining all options and let us decide which was the best one for us. We highly recommend them.

There are not enough words to express how amazing they are here at Brantley Phillips. Mr. Phillips is amazing. They took exceptional care of my sister and myself when my Mom passed. It was a hard time losing my Mother so early and they were so kind. We had her cremated and they were so generous in making sure before the funeral that we had my Mom's ashes back very quickly. We chose them because they did my aunt's funeral almost 10 years ago. They were just as kind as they were then. Very thankful for their help and kindness.
