Very disorganized funeral. Lot's of conflicting information. They missed the family's email for the obituary so it went out after the funeral was done... but still charged them. They charged for transport when he was an organ donor and they shouldnt have been charged for transport. Each employee gave different directions for cars to park in the procession so there was practically no order. When leaving the cemetary, they took our funeral cards, but didnt direct the car toward the exit so everyone was going deeper into the cemetery and causing a traffic jam. The family had their own pallbearers per the Funeral Home's recommendation to save money, but then charged us for it anyway because theyre needed at that cemetary since they dont allow family to bring it to the grave. Lot's of double-dipping and disorganization. It sucks that the family now has to fight for less than a thousand dollars back after spending nearly over $13,000.

Brandon funeral home performed a cremation service for my mother who passed on 08/08/2023 (the number 23). They made arrangements with her healthcare proxy and proceeded the service with the intent of proxy keeping her cremains rather than the legal next of kin (myself). They also tried ransoming her ashes to me for $4,072.00 when her unmarried "partner" signed off on the authorization for services to be rendered. They also didn't post what I wanted in the obituary and they have yet to forward me a death certificate. It took Brandon funeral nearly three months to cave in a hand her ashes over but I'm seeking legal recourse against them for breaking the law. Update: informing them of the law warrants a call from the police to my number.

This is the worst funeral home I have ever encountered. First of all is sad we cant bring our own flower arrangements to the funeral home. Besides that, my grandmother has recently passed away. The funeral home was scheduled Monday to do the service, then Changed it to Sunday. Somehow they realized it was mother's day, nobody works that day. So they changed it again to Monday. I had to go back and forth with my job trying to schedule around me and everyone else. It is so unprofessional in their part they should have known they dont work on Sunday for mother's day. No excuse!
