This is an overdue review of appreciation for the services of Branch Funeral Home of Smithtown, especially for John, with whom I had the most frequent contact. My father died in April in NY but had an existing funeral trust with a funeral home in MA. Despite the fact that their involvement would be limited due to this, Branch extended every courtesy and made every effort to ensure that I felt supported throughout the process of transportation, cremation and filing for the necessary documentation so I could bring his remains back for interment in MA. They even went above and beyond by calling Albany and fighting for correction of his death certificate when inaccurate information was provided by the MA funeral home. There is a reason, undoubtedly a multiplicity of reasons, this funeral home is so highly rated. Thank you.

It is difficult to imagine a 5-star experience in the funeral home services, but Branch should really get an extra star! Our situation was unusual and difficult, in many regards, but Steve made all the pieces come together so well. He is very patient and understanding and the consummate professional. I also have to mention Debra who consistently went above and beyond to address any of our special needs. Kudos to Dennis as well. Easy to find location and plenty of parking.

The Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown did an excellent job with my father's funeral arrangements. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. The team all did an amazing job! I would highly recommend The Branch Funeral Home in Smithtown! They were the most caring and compassionate. Many of our friends and neighbors in Smithtown said they had never been there for a wake and they said they would highly consider The Branch for their funeral needs! I can't say enough great things about them, just thank you for an excellent job well done! My dad would have approved and he has very high standards! The place is beautiful and was decorated lovely for the holidays. The tree was very nice! Very inviting lobby and plenty of places to sit on the lobby area.
