The facility is very nice. The staff I met with were professional and courteous. They are very odd to deal with when it comes to money/finances both during the pre-need meeting and after the services. It took me over a month to get a zero balance statement that I needed and then the numbers didn't agree with the pre-need contract. They don't return messages very well and the SW Chapel is virtually deserted most of the time. Finally, Mom's cremation was done at and by an entirely different facility without notice or explanation.

We were assisted by Ryan the manager for my dad’s funeral. My dad was a vet and Ryan being one as well Took the absolute most care of all the arrangements for my dad was able to inform us of things that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about hands down go off without a hitch so thankful for that I would recommend this place doubt

We had the best experience possible at Braman Mortuary. The facility is nice (though the lobby furnishings could use some updating) and we liked that we had the entire place to ourselves for the day so we didn’t encounter other funerals/strangers. What really put Braman above the rest though, was our funeral director, Ryan. From planning to execution, Ryan ensured that everything was exactly as we wanted for my Dad’s funeral. He was patient, kind and professional; exactly what you want during sad and stressful times. We are very thankful he was there for us.
