Our family wishes to thank Bond funeral home for the hospitality and excellent services we received. We first met Donald Klose during the preplanning of our father’s final resting wishes. The moment we walked into the foyer you could feel the atmosphere as very calming. The time from when dad passed away, Bond funeral home was very patient and accommodating providing excellent professional services. It was a difficult time and we were given suggestions in helping with the choosing of a photo, to use of writing of our obituary. This helped tremendously in such a short time. Being able to order flowers off their site to donations to our favorite charity was uncomplicated and easy. They went above and beyond and we felt that the time allowed for everyone to come together was greatly appreciated and, Robert, Donald, Elizabeth and Jeremy were so very gracious to give us the time. The grave site service was beautiful and the handling of our dad’s placement into crypt was very professional. They allowed us to mourn our dad with ease knowing that everything was taken care of without worry. bond Funeral Home is a family run funeral home located centrally on the Rotterdam side of Schenectady. As a Pastor I have experienced Bond from both the Professional side and as a guest of friends who have used Bond for their loved ones. Always I have found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Funeral Home is located just a few minutes off Route I 890 and so is easily accessible. The Funeral Home is in a large mansion style building on park like grounds and has two parking lots with ample parking for large numbers of guests. I highly recommend Bond Funeral Home.
