Went to a funeral yesterday and was appalled at the condition of the grounds, which were completely tore up and needed to be re-sodded. Then overheard the maintenance man unloading on some poor female coworker over his walkie. The employees here (when you can find them) are extremely unhelpful and downright rude. Cannot believe this is an SCI owned property. Have been to hundreds of funerals as a military spouse and have never been so uncomfortable. Don't bury your people here, they will certainly not rest peacefully. Will be sharing (and warning!) all my friends and colleagues to avoid Rose Hill and in fact all SCI owned funeral homes and cremation services. Based on how they treat the living I certainly wouldn't trust them with the dead.

While visiting from overseas arranging my family’s final resting place, I literally caught staff here saying bad things about me in the front office until they saw me and said, “shhhh.” 3 weeks to get an appointment, which was canceled last minute and delayed further. Right before signing contract to purchase new plots they said were available for me, I requested to have groundskeeper flag the space they were about to sell me, which was actually a different space with headstone and burial in it already. After 2 weeks waiting for my refund, they did not refund the total amount I was told I would receive. Today, they kicked me out of funeral home and threatened to call police because I requested a signed confirmation of the refund amount I’m due. One of the worst experiences of my life and my family will likely be filing a lawsuit and contacting the better business bureau.

Rose Hill is the best place to help you through one of the worst times in your life. When my mother died, my father and I had Lola Austin. She went above and beyond to help us through a very difficult time. When my father died, I was alone Lola wasn't there, but Patty Cusma was. I can honestly say, that I consider Patty a friend, for the manner in which she handled everything for my father's burial. Her advice came from a place of compassion, understanding, and love. My father's funeral was PERFECT! Even after the burial she helped me with flowers, etc. The peace and comfort Patty afforded me, will last me my entire life. I cannot imagine going through this experience without her help. There are 2 listings for Rose Hill on Market so I'm placing a duplicate review there.
